Overview: The Proper Exercise Form and Technique course is an online educational course designed to teach proper form of exercises to prevent injury and ensure the correct loading of the appropriate muscles. The course consists of one video demonstrating exercises, including the squat, lunges, deadlift, plank, push-ups, bent over row, lateral raise, triceps dip, kick back (triceps), bicep curl and shoulder press, and their proper forms. The course further offers options for differing ability levels. After viewing the videos, completion of the associated quiz is required with a passing score of 90% or higher to obtain certification.
