What is Joint Mobilzation?
Joint mobilization is a manual therapy intervention, a type of passive movement of a skeletal joint. These techniques are often used by Chiropractors, Osteopaths, Physical Therapist, Massage Therapist & Occupational Therapist. Other healthcare focused professionals, such a personal trainers, reflexologist, yoga instructors can an also benefit to learn these techniques to integrate into their practice.
What you will learn.
Join us for a 3 day theoretical and practical course covering multiple joints of the body, taught by industry veteran with nearly 30 years experience working with patient Joint Mobilization. You will leave the course with a greater understanding of extremity mobilization and techniques that will help you alleviate patient pain, stiffness and limited of range of motion
You will learn how to utilize joint mobilization to normalize the pressure of the tissues around the joint. This is turn will alleviate pain around the tissues and reduce any secondary pain.
The course will be a combination of theoretical principles and hands-on experience that you can utilize in your practice after the course.
